FAQs:

When are orders due?
The deadline for orders is Sunday, November 8, 2026.

How and when will I receive my order?
Orders will be sent home in your child’s backpack before the holiday break in December.

I don’t think I’ve seen my child’s drawing?
You didn’t miss anything! The Happy Faces aren’t revealed until you receive your order - all part of the fun (& that way kiddos can “surprise” their parents with a holiday gift)!

What if I have multiple children at FUNS?
Please place a separate order for each child: there is a field where you can enter the child’s name at checkout. After you pay & submit the order, start a new order for the next child so they don’t get mixed up!

In the past, I ordered items with my child’s whole class pictured - are those options available?
Yes! We will still be offering the full class products but this year, those will be sold in a second Happy Face sale in the spring: so stay tuned! (This sale is focused on holiday gifts; while the spring sale will be a perfect time to shop for class mementos!). All items in the fall/holiday sale will have your student’s individual face only.
