Jim Nesci and his Cold-Blooded Creature Show

4:00 PM

Jim Nesci and his Cold-Blooded Creatures Show will entertain and educate with a one-of-a-kind, hands-on experience for the whole family. You may have seen him on Oprah, Jay Leno, a lecture at The Field Museum or Shedd Aquarium or even at at Girl or Boy Scout Event. Jim educates about reptiles and wildlife conservation with humor, respect and safety at all times. He also draws comparisons to dinosaurs which is always a hit with the kids. Each participant will be able to touch and possibly hold the reptiles during the show! There will be 5 animals from the reptile world which may include a 5-ft. North American alligator, a 250-lb. tortoise, a 13-ft. Burmese python and a 40-lb. monitor lizard. Don’t miss the event that all of your First United classmates will be talking about!

$15 per child in advance, $20 at the door **Children 2 and under and Adults are FREE - siblings welcome! ** (For safety reasons, everyone must have a ticket so we can get an accurate headcount)

But what about the cookies?!? After the reptile show, we will have a Cookie Box Sale. For only $10, you can buy a box and fill it with homemade cookies of your choosing. We will have tables filled with trays of cookies - made by fellow First United families. Buy a box (or two or three) for your family, bring them to a SuperBowl party (Feb 7th) or simply show your appreciation for a friend, colleague or babysitter. This is a fundraiser, so all of the proceeds will benefit First United.
